'mývatn' Cuevana 3 - Cuevana Mývatn, which literally means the lake of midges, is in an active volcanic area at the edge of the interior desert of Northern Iceland. The shallow lake supports a wealth of fish and waterfowl, including some species of birds that are rarely seen elsewhere in Europe. The film follows the birds of this unique marshland through the year.
